Matthew has been in the finance industry for over 25 years. He began working with Principal® in 1999, where Reed & Associates would later be created in Tampa, FL. Since then, he has worked hard to build an incredible team around him. Tricia has been by his side for almost a decade. She handles everything behind the scenes to ensure a smooth experience for you, our beloved clients. Nelson Saladino joined our team in 2018 and began working hand in hand with Matthew. He was the second advisor to join our everyday team. In 2021, Reed & Associates expanded to Sarasota, FL becoming Monarch Wealth Management Group. Most recently, our team has expanded to welcome Alli, our Director of Marketing. She hybrids between both of our locations and responsible for additional behind the scenes work.
